EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS

We have applied to be a gold or platinum accredited STEP employer (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). The accreditation requires our office to have a detailed learning and development policy within the firm. The policy places an emphasis on post graduate education, CPD delivery milestones and has a direct correlation between the education and career progression. As a part of our policy all lawyers are required to complete a masters degree in applied law (LLM) majoring in wills and estate practice. CURRENT VACANCIES: Senior Associate

We are looking for an experienced lawyer of at least five (5) years PAE to join our team as a senior associate. The applicant needs to have extensive experience in wills and estate practice. Be confident in supervising less experienced practitioners in estate planning and/or estate litigation. Ideally, have established client base and networks.
