Gemma Erdelyi-Gotz BA JD

Gemma was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in August of 2022 and relocated to Western Australia at the beginning of 2024. Since her admission, Gemma has worked predominantly in Wills and Estates practice Australia-wide and has worked briefly in Family Law in Western Australia. Gemma currently assists Gregson & Associates with an array of Estate Planning and non-contentious probate matters. Gemma has substantial knowledge of estate Law and the relevant procedures in various Australian states such as Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania and Western Australia.

Gemma graduated Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) majoring in Politics and International Studies, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Monash University. She has also obtained a Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
