Matilda Qadir BCom LLB

Matilda joined as paralegal at Guardian Wills and Probate in July 2026. She has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in economics at the University of Notre Dame Australia. Matilda is commencing her Practical Legal Training after graduation and intends to pursue a career in succession law.

Prior to joining Guardian Wills and Probate, Matilda gained experience in community legal services, assisting clients with a range of legal matters and developing a strong interest in providing legal assistance.

In her role as a paralegal, Matilda assists with the preparation and drafting of wills and other stared planning documents. She also assists with a range of matters related to estate administration.
