Craig and the team were extremely professional with our deceased estate.  Giving that they had to deal with overseas was quite challenging, however Craig was so great and it helped that he could read and understand Italian.  We are extremely grateful for all the work that was undertaken in the past 6 months.  Thanks to Craig, Fleur & Lucy for your support and understanding during this process. Needing a lawyer is rarely a good thing, but these guys are amazing. Fees and charges are up front, no hidden charges or surprise bills. The staff are incredibly hard working, knowledgeable and dilligent, and while they're very professional, they're also friendly, approachable and personable. My case took two years to settle, simply due to the processes required by the company we were trying to settle with, but Gregson and Associates never waivered. Going through things that require lawyers is very stressful, but Gregson and associate staff made me feel supported, they really took me under their wing, backed me up and propped me up when I felt like everything and everyone else was against me. Suffering the death of a loved one, then having to fight for my share is not something I would wish upon anyone, but if you do, get this firm to help you, the level of support (both legally and emotionally) is unmatched. Gregson & Associates would have to had been some of the best assistance I had gotten in my 81 years of life. Craig, Amanda and the team are not only highly skilled, but compassionate, and provided so much clarity when I needed it - something that’s very important at my age. I did not feel like just another case to them. They made the process of a highly stressful situation into something I will look back on and remember them fondly. My solicitor and barrister are located in NSW, I'm in WA. A junior member of Gregson & Associate was allocated to be my support person during mediation (held in the WA Supreme Court) Never have I met anyone (regarding age and occupation) who has such empathy and wisdom. The mediation, and process leading up to, was extremely traumatic and distressing. Jordan helped me feel calm and supported throughout. Due to the sensitivity of the matter, I was feeling exposed and vulnerable. Jordan had such a calming presence.His empathy helped me feel comfortable, and the shame and embarrassment of what trauma I have had to endure basically dissipated. I was highly impressed by his professionalism which helped me throughout the entire 9 hr mediation marathon. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone. Gregson & Associates were recommended to my client that was in need of an assortment of property and legal issues.  In my dealings I found Amanda and the team very easy to deal with, proactive and very hands on in dealing with the aspects of the sale. Emails were actioned and responded to in a very timely manner. I had a very messy time when my wife died and her children ended up taking me to court. At an emotional time like this you don't think straight and you make rash decisions. I was fortunate enough to be recommend to Greg and his wonderful team. With their vast knowledge and compassionate views they sorted everything out and I obtained the best possible outcome. During this time I also lost my father and my mother refused to advise me of his death or even allow me to attend the funeral. Craig was able to obtain a copy of my fathers will and assist me in this matter also. What I found even more amazing is that you are always told how expensive lawyers are! I was very happy to find out that Craig is extremely reasonable and more than fair and I would not hesitate to use him again for any Family Legal issues. Craig, Fleur and the team were great operators who not handled my non contentious matter with professionalism and expertise, but with speed and competency far beyond expectations. Well I was fortunate enough to be referred to Craig by another Colleague of his who had said he was the best in this field. Well after talking to Craig for the first time and a very lengthy conversation I was made to feel that "I matter" and I was overwhelmed with all the information and knowledge that Craig had. That continued througout my whole ordeal. Craig, Fleur and Team were always very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. The quality of the legal service I was given was outstanding, reassuring and above all else amazing.
