Auston joined Guardian Wills and Probate in 2026, bringing a diverse knowledge base spanning commerce, accounting and law. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Marketing as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia.

Currently assisting the Guardian Wills and Probate team as a paralegal ahead of his upcoming admission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Auston works in estate planning and administration.

Known for his compassionate approach, he is dedicated to supporting clients through complex legal decision and helping them navigate sensitive personal matters with clarity and confidence.
