Jarred Els BCom LLB (Witwatersand)

Jarred joined Gregson & Associates in June 2026, bringing litigation experience with a particular interest in estate disputes.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He is currently completing the Priestley 11 academic requirements as part of his pathway towards admission to legal practice in Australia.

Jarred assists the firm’s solicitors with estate litigation and enjoys the analytical and practical challenges in resolving disputes. He approaches his work with a focus on understanding each client’s circumstances, concerns and priorities.

Recognising that estate disputes often arise during emotionally difficult times, Jarred places particular importance on listening to clients and helping them feel informed and supported throughout their matter.
